Alumni Engagement
Alumni Engagement is a sidebar entry today, with one card inside that says Coming next. The scaffold is deliberate — the sidebar reflects the final shape of the system so no one is surprised when the real tool arrives, and the page itself tells the truth about where it stands.
What it will be
Section titled “What it will be”A separate engagement tracker for the people who have completed a program, with the same calm Hearth feel as the rest of the CRM:
- Newsletter opens and clicks.
- Referrals (who referred whom).
- Mentor and faculty roles in future cohorts.
- Conference attendance.
Alumni Engagement sits beside — not inside — the enrollment funnels because the questions it answers are different. Enrollment asks “who is on the path from inquiry to graduation?” Alumni Engagement asks “who is still in community with the Institute, and how?”
Why there is a scaffold today
Section titled “Why there is a scaffold today”Michael is drafting the alumni stages and the triggering events that move an alumna between them. Rather than guess, the scaffold is in place so he can see where the work will land in the sidebar as he writes.
See Coming later for the full list of what is scaffolded and what is still to build.
