System Health
System Health is the “is everything OK?” page. It shows two things.
Counts
Section titled “Counts”Six quick numbers across the top:
- People — every contact in the CRM.
- Timeline entries — the total count of interactions ever written.
- Marketing queue · pending — stage and tag changes waiting to be synced to Constant Contact.
- Marketing queue · synced — those that already have been.
- Messages sent (fake) — the count of system emails the fake email adapter has written to its log.
- Demo events triggered — how many simulated external events the Demo page has fired.
These counts are read-only. If a number looks wrong, something upstream of this page is wrong; this page just shows it.
Adapters
Section titled “Adapters”A table of every outside system Haden depends on — Marketing, Email, AI (Gmail agent), Gmail intake, Billing, Video — with:
- Its current mode, usually fake in this build.
- The environment variable that flips it live
(
MARKETING_ADAPTER=constant_contact, for example). - A short detail line saying what the fake does today, and what the live version does when swapped in.
Full picture: Adapters and fake mode.
The page does not currently show live/stale health on each adapter (latency, last error, retry count); that is on Coming later when the first real integration goes in.
Next: Demo.
